Description

What it does

A “Help me choose” button opens a chat on your shop. The customer describes what they are looking for, optionally with a budget. The assistant searches your WooCommerce catalog and suggests up to three products — each with its price, picture, a one-line reason and an Add to cart button. With bundles on, it can put together a small kit of complementary products within a total budget, with one button to add them all.

How to use it

  1. From your account downloads, upload Ideagency AI Shop Assistant Pro under Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin and activate it. It includes the free plugin, so nothing else is needed; if the free plugin is already installed, Pro switches it off and keeps its settings.
  2. Go to WooCommerce → AI Shop Assistant, paste your licence key under Pro → Licence and press Activate.
  3. Leave AI on “AI included with your Pro licence” — no key needed.
  4. Optionally write your shop guidance, pick the name, colour and position, and switch bundles on.
  5. Tick Show the assistant in the shop and save. The button appears on your shop pages (not on cart, checkout or account).

Requirements

WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 9.0+, PHP 8.1+. One licence covers one site for one year; renewing keeps the same key. The included AI has a monthly allowance of questions; beyond it you can switch to your own key at any time.
