LettsGetSmart, a London-based short-let property management company, needed a website that better represented their professionalism and unique offering. The old site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and didn’t clearly communicate their value to landlords. This led to low engagement and missed opportunities for generating enquiries.

Solution

I rebuilt the website with a modern, responsive design that highlights LettsGetSmart’s key differentiators, simplifies navigation, and creates a clearer user journey. The new layout emphasises trust, services, and benefits through stronger messaging, visuals, and calls-to-action. Mobile optimisation and performance improvements ensured accessibility across devices, making it easier for landlords to understand the offering and get in touch.
