Ayse has been Managing Director of the company since its opening.

Highly accomplished and result driven professional with over 33 years of experience in Hospitality and Property Management. Ayse has continuously proven to be an effective manager who is highly proficient across the areas of sales, marketing, guest services and operations. In her role as Managing Director of Just Us Global Ltd & Mrs Fix-It Management Ltd, Ayse strives to ensure that she and her team deliver the best possible guest experience and often deals with clients personally.

She’s travelled around the globe organizing events, seminars, launching new properties for high profile international clients.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ayse dedicates her spare time to running marathons in support of Cancer Research fundraising efforts.
